The TreeGems team is working on developing a section of the website that will soon allow visitors to independently add their own photos, observations, and stories about sacred trees (“zapisi”) in Serbia. It will be an interactive map and database, available to everyone who wishes to contribute to preserving our cultural and natural heritage.

Until that section becomes available, we invite you to feel free to contact us by email or through our social media channels. Whether you have a suggestion for a new location, want to share a photo, a field observation, or ask a question about the project — we will be happy to respond.

Our goal is to establish a dialogue with the community — with the residents of villages where sacred trees have been preserved for generations, with young people who are only just discovering their importance, as well as with researchers, naturalists, and lovers of cultural heritage. Every piece of information you send us, every story you share, helps create a comprehensive network of knowledge that goes beyond individual projects and contributes to our collective memory.
